The regional as many interesting places of interest including: The market town of Peebles just a few mintues drive from Cringletie; Rosslyn Chapel made famous by Dan Brown's novel 'The Da Vinci Code'; and Edinburgh - Scotland's Capital city with a wealth of culture, history and shopping to enjoy.

Golf - there are five great golf courses within 10-30 minutes' drive of the hotel. (Peebles Golf Club)
Walking - there are over 40 signposted walks around Cringletie Peebles and the Tweed Valley, including sections of the Southern Upland Way.

Epic Ventures is an outdoor activities company providing guidance, tuition and equipment hire for a wide variety of outdoor pursuits. From an action packed few hours to a full day of activity Epic Ventures will provide you with a canoeing or mountain biking experience to suit all levels of ability.

We provide and arrange these exciting and memorable adventure in a safe and professional environment.  All of Epic's activities are AALA licensed and carried out by fully qualified and experienced instructors.

All trips include transport from Cringletie House, returning again at the end of the session.  Note: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
