A wonderful Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea in a Country House Hotel

Enjoy Afternoon Tea at Cringletie

Afternoon tea is a British tradition which is well looked after at Cringletie House.
Introduced to Britain by the late Anna, seventh Duchess of Bedford in 1840, afternoon tea became an extremely fashionable way to while away the afternoon in the late 1880’s and is becoming, if possible, even more popular today.
To experience the best of afternoon tea tradition, we invite you to spend a relaxing afternoon at Cringletie in one of our delightful lounges, enjoying delicately created finger sandwiches, deliciously warmed scones and an array of cakes and biscuits with a choice of loose leaf teas, speciality teas and a selection of coffees.
We welcome you for afternoon tea at Cringletie between 3pm and 5pm daily.
If you would like to make a reservation then please call 01721 725750 or email enquiries@cringletie.com and one of our team will be delighted to help. Alternatively you can book our Afternoon Tea experience through Afternoon Tea Tours .
