Cringletie House is located between Peebles and Eddleston, just 20 miles south of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Close to both the City of Edinburgh and also the Airport of Edinburgh, Cringletie enjoys a rural and peaceful setting, in some 28 acres of wonderful gardens and grounds. It's an ideal base for exploring the Scottish Borders and their fascinating mix of heritage, history, culture and wildlife.
