Cringletie offers the advantages of a beautiful and inspiring location whether you need a venue for a small meeting, team building exercises, formal conference, incentive or product launch.  We have a range of room types and layouts to cover all requirements.

Wolfe Murray Room

The Wolfe Murray Room is ideal for smaller board meetings or intensive strategy meetings. With a large bay window overlooking the lawns and hills beyond, the room has an intimate boardroom feel. It has a real fire and a full blackout facility.

Theatre style: 16 people
Boardroom style: 14 people
Private Dining: 14 people

Library

The smallest of the Cringletie meeting rooms, the Library is ideal for informal meetings. It can be set with comfortable lounge furniture or with a more formal boardroom table. There is plenty of natural light, and a real log fire can be lit in winter.

Theatre style: 10 people
Boardroom style: 6 people

Conservatory

The Conservatory is the largest of the Cringletie meeting facilities. Located next to the Lounge Bar it is a bright, airy garden room ideal for theatre style presentations or relaxed, informal sessions. This room does not have a blackout facility.

Theatre style: 60 people
Boardroom style: 22 people
Classroom style: 20 people

Sutherland Restaurant

Our two rosette Sutherland Restaurant is an impressive setting for any event with views out across the lawns and the Scottish Borders countryside. Our Head Chef Craig Gibb and his award-winning kitchen team create high-quality, contemporary cuisine that changes with the seasons. A wide range of menu options ensures we can accommodate all your dining requirements.

Banquet Style: 60 people

All rooms have natural daylight, natural ventilation and ample power outlets.
All rooms and bedrooms have complimentary wifi connectivity.

Private Dining for both lunch and dinner can be offered (subject to availability).

Activities

A wide range of activities can be held on the hotel grounds under qualified instruction and tailor made to suit your requirements.  The Scottish Borders offer some of the finest salmon fishing and scenery in Scotland.  (Separate activity sheet available)
