Vegetables from our own Walled Garden

Cringletie House boasts a 400 years old walled kitchen garden.  Times have changed and not all of the garden is used for the kitchen anymore.

Chef Craig Gibb, in close co-operation with the owners, our Consultant Mr Jim McKay and last but not least our Gardener Genci, grows a large amount of his required vegetables in the walled garden.  Part of the Victorian greenhouse is also in use for this purpose.

It is extremely satisfying to be able to harvest from one's own garden.  One can't get it fresher!
