Dining

We cordially invite you to savour the interesting and well balanced dishes from our award winning Kitchen Team, under the inspirational leadership of Head Chef Craig Gibb.  These dishes will undoubtedly please your palate!  The contemporary cuisine of the Chef is influenced by the abundance of fresh local Scottish produce.  The team makes the most of it and does that with native Scottish flair!

The restaurant is open for dinner every day.  The dinner menu is an exciting and most interesting a la carte menu.  It changes with the seasons.  For that special occasion or just to treat yourself you could opt for the 7-course Tasting Menu.  The traditional and popular Sunday Lunch is also served in the main restaurant.

Lunch is a light hearted affair, served in the Croquet Lawn Brasserie in the conservatory.

The Chef can cater for food allergies as long as he knows some days in advance.

There is a good selection of house wines, but for connoisseurs the wine list with some very interesting choices will challenge their knowledge of grapes and regions.

The stylish Sutherland Room with its beautiful, hand painted trompe l'oeuil ceiling and real log open fire offers unparalleled views of the Cringletie grounds.

Our Afternoon Teas are a truly memorable experiences.  Thinly sliced sandwiches, a variety of mouthwatering cakes, scones and biscuits all home baked make up the truly scrumptious, decadent, old fashioned afternoon tea feast.
