Should you dare to venture out into the kitchen, please meet Craig, our Chef. Trained in several Michelin starred restaurants in Scotland, this genius will make your dinner an unforgettable experience. He will be delighted to give you some insight in his culinary skills.
Deimante is our Restaurant Manager. Softly spoken, yet so knowledgeable. No effort is too much if it is about making our guests happy. Together with Head-Chef Craig, they are doing a great and professional job to create a fantastic dining experience. However, also breakfast, lunch and Afternoon Tea are not being forgotten.
Another member of staff is Heather, our Head Housekeeper. It is down to her and her team to make sure that your room is clean and that all little things such as toiletries, water, fruit, slippers etc are available to you during your stay at Cringletie.
If you go for a walk in the grounds, fair chance that you will see a man working with the tractor or some lighter garden equipment. This is Genci, our gardener.
Finally, you may see Jacob and/or Johanna, the resident proprietors of Cringletie House. Although they have a small tabby cat called Daisy, it is not very likely that you will meet her!
