Walk the Royal Mile in Edinburgh from Holyrood Palace to Edinburgh Castle and have a look at the Scottish “Crown Jewels” in Edinburgh Castle; visit the Royal Yacht Brittannia and back in the Borders, if so desired, one could visit Traquair House with its intriguing history and the battles between the Scots and the English.
