The Sutherland Restaurant - A la Carte Menu
Just a few samples of the tantalising menus created by our Head Chef and his accomplished kitchen team.
We aim to find the best quality produce in season and as locally as we possibly can, so that the cooking is enhanced by the sheer quality and freshness of the ingredients we use. We grow a lot of things in our own walled garden such as soft and hard fruits, a large variety of herbs and carefully selected vegetables; all tended by Cringletie's gardener. We source wherever possible, organic meats, wild fish and seafood from quality local suppliers. Obviously, all produce is used with respect for seasonal availability.
Our philosophy is to bring to your table the very best of modern cuisine, prepared with Scottish produce and dishes with real flavour for you to enjoy in a spectacular setting.
