Our executive chef Willie Pike MBE oversees our kitchen team and creates menus that do not break the bank but are appealing to the majority of our guests. Each season is different, not only weatherwise but also in respect of available produce, most of it sourced locally or at least nearby, and Willie's menus reflect this seasonality.

Obviously, the kitchen team needs support from the restaurant team; this team is headed by Iain Clark and his senior team members. This team makes sure that everything that the kitchen produces gets in good order to the right table and guest.
