Lunch is served daily from 12.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. in The Sutherland Restaurant featuring seasonal menus; reservations are recommended.
The Sunday Lunch menu has been devised by Head Chef Robin McCrindle, offering a wonderful array of locally sourced produce, including beef from the Tweed Valley.
A three course menu with a choice of starters, a selection of roast meats – all carved at the table by chefs – served with honey roasted root vegetables, crispy goose fat potatoes and dressed greens.
Choose from a trio of indulgent desserts or for an additional charge a selection of Scottish and international cheeses, served with homemade chutney, honey, grapes and artisan crackers.
Priced at £39.50 per person with an additional £7.50 supplement for the cheese selection.
