Lunch is served daily from 12.00 noon to 3.00 p.m. in The Sutherland Restaurant featuring seasonal menus; reservations are recommended.

Sunday Lunch  - a great British tradition!

Recently launched, the Sunday Lunch menu has been devised by Head Chef Iain Gourlay, offering a wonderful array of locally sourced produce, including beef from the Tweed Valley.

A three course menu with a choice of starters, a selection of roast meats – all carved at the table by chefs – served with honey roasted root vegetables, crispy goose fat potatoes and summer greens. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.

Choose from a trio of indulgent desserts or a selection of Scottish and international cheeses is also available at an additional charge, served with homemade chutney, honey, grapes and artisan crackers.

Priced at £35 per person with a £7.50 supplement for cheese.
